These Terms & Conditions govern your use of clixlift.in and any services you purchase from ClixLift, a web design and digital marketing agency based in Ahmedabad, India.

Services

ClixLift provides website design and development, e-commerce development, branding and logo design, SEO, and digital marketing services, as agreed in writing (quote, proposal or contract) with each client before work begins.

Quotes and payment

Project quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, milestones, and any advance required are specified in the project quote or contract shared with you directly — not on this page.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content (text, images, logos) that you have the rights to use, and for timely feedback during the project so we can meet agreed timelines.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered website/designs transfers to you, except for any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) which remain licensed per their own terms.

Website outcomes

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, or sales outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our direct control, including market competition and content you provide.

Limitation of liability

ClixLift is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
